Anadolu Isuzu Technology Center boosts distributor and service network with remote live support and distant technical trainings

Turkey’s commercial vehicle brand Anadolu Isuzu developed a special remote technical support and distant learning project for Anadolu Isuzu Authorized Services and Distributors. The first distant training was successfully completed at the Anadolu Isuzu Technology Center, which was launched with the goal of providing fast, quality and innovative after-sale service by using technology in the most efficient manner.

Anadolu Isuzu successfully launched its remote technical support and online training system developed to train its distributors across the world and its Domestic Authorized Services. Using state-of-the-art facilities, Anadolu Isuzu Technology Center helps provide the distributors, services and customers with fast, quality and technological know-how and application support.

An expert technical support team is continuously on duty at the Technology Center, which features a studio where distant trainings are held, video content on technical procedures are produced, and online training applications are performed. Built for the trainings offered through the Anadolu Isuzu Technology Center, the online studio has in place an infrastructure including advanced camera systems, special audio and light systems and large screens.

Distant trainings for overseas distributors and authorized services are held at the studio where the live training activities organized for distributors and technical services allow for the instant and interactive application of the required procedures. Participants may attend the trainings directly with their camera and sound systems on, direct their questions in real time and follow closely the technical procedures undertaken.

Thanks to the technological equipment and software installed at the technology center, Anadolu Isuzu’s expert technical support team can engage in video chats with the technicians in the field and identify and resolve the need rapidly. The system infrastructure also allows for easy access and sharing of all required documents and procedures.
